The sound is quite jarring and sometimes even inaudible. It often has hanging issues and loses its network. It has become a challenge to talk on the phone. 
I have already sent two reminders. But you have not shown any interest or urgency in the matter. It is quite unexpected and unfortunate. It is still in warranty.
I hope you will rectify the defect at the earliest. If it is not possible, then replace the defective set.
